While we firmly believe in and stand behind our plugins and extensions 100%, we understand that they may not work perfectly on every website. There are other external factors that could affect how our plugins perform (hosting, other plugins, theme, caching, etc).

But if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason whatsoever, or you have a technical issue that our devs and support team are unable to resolve, we will gladly give you a full refund within 30 days of your purchase. However, you will not be eligible for a refund after the 30 days have passed.

Please give us a chance to fix it first

Before submitting your refund request, we request that you submit a support request to our support team first. Our highly skilled, responsive, and friendly support team is here to help.

We’ve put in a lot of effort to document how our plugins work in great detail, through our Documentation and Extensions pages. If you are facing any technical issues, please submit a support request so we can check to make sure it’s something that can be resolved.

Policy for Annual Renewals and Automatic Payments

Almost all of our pricing plans are subscription-based. Once you sign up, the  yearly (or in some cases, monthly) subscription payment will be charged automatically based on the subscription period.

A valid subscription license is required for receiving continuous updates as well as activating premium features in case of Password Protect WordPress Pro.

If you do not cancel automatic payments from your account, it will:

  1. Renew the product subscription after the subscription period
  2. Charge your Credit Card/PayPal account automatically

Auto-renewal subscription payments are eligible for a refund up to 30 days after the payment.

Acceptance of Our Refund Policy

When you are purchasing any of our plugins and extensions, you indicate that you have read this refund policy thoroughly, and so, fully accept the terms of our refund policy. We ask you not to make any purchases with us if you do not agree with our terms and conditions in general and this refund policy in particular.

We are not liable to cover any differences in exchange rates between the time you purchased and the time you are refunded. To submit a refund request, please contact us and we will reply within 3 working days.

Updates to Our Refund Policy

This refund policy may be updated at any time without prior notice and takes effect immediately and retroactively for all subscriptions and subscribers. It is considered an integral part of our terms and conditions and its acceptance is mandatory for all users.
